Listen to a tranquil audio meditation, with a calming visualization of stars in the night. This is part of my Imagination Meditation series. You’ll be guided through an approximately 10-minute meditation designed to help you relax and find peace.

IMAGINATION MEDITATION SERIES – FREE MONTHLY ONLINE MEDITATIONS

I recommend closing your eyes while meditating. This allows for better concentration. Enjoy this star-filled meditation!

    This is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My only complaint was that it wasn’t longer🥲 I have a very active mind and it’s very hard for me to slow it down to receive the benefits from the meditation. I tend to look for ones that are more engaging and descriptive to help me focus. This hit this nail right on the head! Beautiful! You have a new fan!

    I had to read through this; 4-year-old twins arguing are not conducive to meditation. I am definitely saving this for a quiet morning. I love visualization; it was terribly helpful in therapy. This gives me a new way to relax from my anxiety.
